On Monday Jim will have another complete pre-transplant workup done. This will give the doctors a better picture of how the 1st transplant is working. He is scheduled to go in on Nov. 3rd for the next one, with hope of being home before Thanksgiving. We are gearing up for this as we know what to expect this time. Not sure if that is a good thing or not! Jim has been making a list of all the food he wants to bring from home. One of his biggest challenges is to try to keep eating in the hospital and find things that he can taste.

We are hopeful that this will go smoothly and give Jim a nice long remission. We have met several people at the Wellness House who have had 2 transplants and are living a very full life!
