Some good news today. Jim has been fever free for 24 hours and the infection is gone. He now needs to eat and get his strength built up so he can come home. He will continue with the IV nutrition until they see sufficient progress eating on his own.
Hoping for a few great days...so we can get Jim home with his family.

That is fantastic news!! He'll be home in time for Thanksgiving! I'm sure that's one meal he'll truly enjoy.
