Jim received platelets yesterday. He is extremely tired and has been in bed since we got home from the hospital. The nurse will be coming tomorrow to take blood and see if Jim will need another transfusion before Christmas. He had a slight fever last night so we called the doctor at 11PM. If the fever continued he would have to be admitted to the hospital. Fortunately today it has been pretty normal. I have been checking his temperature and blood pressure every 2 hours and so far so good.

We see the doctor the first week of January and they will evaluate when Jim will need another round of the chemotherapy.
