Jim enjoyed spending time with the kids today, you could see his face light up when they came in the room. He was somewhat better, but still a rough day. The good news is that he is starting to produce neutrafills, which means that Barb's stem cells are beginning to kick in and engraft. Jim was more alert today and the confusion seems to have cleared up. He is experiencing a lot of nausea and his nose continued to bleed all day. Jim has also been on and off oxygen the last few days.
The broncoscopy will take place sometime tomorrow. Will let you know results once we have them.
Hope everyone had a great Father's day!
God Bless

So glad to hear the stem cells are beginning to do what they are supposed to. Jim is a fighter and he will do whatever he has to, along with the help and support of the medical staff, to get through this hurdle.
Patty, know that you and the kids are at the forefront of my thoughts. You *will* get through this!! We're all here for you!
Sending hugs,
Ingrid
